By October 2024, companies were offered UAH 21. 53 thousand, while the expectations of candidates increased to UAH 23. 73 thousand. The greatest demand for workers in the following professions: there is still considerable demand for digital specialists: employers have returned bonuses in the form of medical insurance or corporate lunches. Companies have increased investments in training and in retraining employees. Programs to support veterans were also introduced. In addition, there was an increase in vacancies with a flexible or remote format by 8-9%. However, a number of professions in the future requires the presence of sellers, bartenders, builders. In view of this, the proportion of remote work has not changed especially compared to the indicator.
