President

It is very important that representatives of international justice have seen the consequences of a Russian terrorist attack at the Kakhovsk Hydroe

Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today, 95 of our people were returned from Russian captivity, 31 of them were Mariupol's defender. Most are ordinary and sergeants, two officers. Armed forces, National Guard, border guards. I thank our team: Budanov, Yermak, baby, lubin, who is engaged in exchanges, thank you for this result. Well done guys! Every Ukrainian, we have to pull every Ukrainian from Russian.

We continue our rescue operation in the south of Ukraine, and about 4 thousand people have been evacuated. Dozens of cities and villages remain flooded, the worst situation, as before, on a temporarily occupied part of Kherson region. Again and again we thank our people: military, police, rescuers.

I thank separately to volunteers, doctors, local authorities - everyone who helps to save people now after a catastrophe at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, and especially thank you to those who help get people, in particular from the occupied territories. It is extremely difficult, dangerous, it is a special heroism. Thank you for every saved life! Russian terrorists continue to fire evacuation routes, evacuation points, boats on which people are being taken out . . .

Today, three of these shellings were killed by three people, my condolences to relatives and relatives were killed . . . Ten more were injured, two of them were police. It was an evacuation from Kardashinka, villages on the Left Bank of Kherson region . . . The invaders created this catastrophe, undermining the dam, throwing people in the flooded cities and villages and even firing after that, boats, where people try to take away . . . .

Representatives of the International Criminal Court visited the Kherson region these days. On the first day after the disaster, the Prosecutor General sent a corresponding appeal to the investigation of this disaster to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, and the work had already begun. It is very important that representatives of international justice have seen the consequences of this Russian terrorist attack with their own eyes and heard that Russian terror continues.

And continues with the most cynical and cruel shelling of the flooded territory, the territory of evacuation . . . We will already contribute and will continue to facilitate the most independent and objective investigation of the International Criminal Court. All our law enforcement officers and other institutions are as attached to this process. Full access to the affected areas, witnesses, all information and evidence. This investigation is very important for the safety of the world.

The full and fair responsibility of Russian terrorists and the terrorist state itself is a prerequisite that there will be no more repetitions of such evil in the world. Today, our state has taken another sanctional step. Against those who serve the evil, which the Russian state became. Against those who have helped destroy freedom in Russia and play one of the key roles in repression in our temporarily occupied territory and in the territory of Russia itself.

178 of these persons were added to our sanctions lists on the submission of the Security Service of Ukraine. And we will do our best and every one of this list of assistants of the Russian dictatorship is responsible for everything they had done against people and freedom. For every broken fate and for every criminal decision that helped Russia turn into a terrorist state. And one more. Of course, I am grateful to our soldiers for this day. Each of our combat brigade, each of our division.
