Summer offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation: Girkin called the actions of the Russian army "shame"

To spread: former "Defense Minister" of the Self -proclaimed "DNR" Igor Girkin, who has been fighting against Ukraine since 2014, called the actions of the Russian army of the current summer "shame". The reason for his statement was the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to travel abroad for men aged 18 to 22 years.

According to Girkin, this step indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not feel acute shortages of living power and cope with their tasks with those forces that have at their disposal. "There is no need to call for such age, strengthen the field of exit, or even maintain the outbound regime that was before," he wrote in a letter published on Telegram.

According to Gorkin, the only achievement of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine was the displacement of Ukrainian defenders from the time ravine, which the Russians stormed the whole 16 months. "It's a shame. It's clicking on our beautiful brilliant politicians, military leaders and other geostrates," Girkin emphasized.

We will remind, the military-political observer of the group "Information resistance" Alexander Kovalenko stated that the task of the summer campaign, delivered by the Russian command was failed. He stressed that, despite the attempts on the offensive, the Russian army mainly relies on infantry storms, which limits its capabilities at the front.

Thus, during the summer of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, they could not capture any big city, or achieve the task of operational and tactical importance. The veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the Armed Forces officer Miroslav Guy on the Russian offensive in the summer of 2025 said that he did not bring the desired result for Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the war came to a dead end.

At the same time, at the current balance of forces, the front line changes at the tactical level, but no major changes are expected. For his part, the retired Lieutenant General Igor Romanenko noted that it is premature to speak about the complete failure of Russia. According to him, the enemy continues to operate within two priorities: seizure of four Ukrainian regions and creation of buffer zones in Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
