What categories of citizens can cross the border are referred to in explaining the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko for the TSN. ua. ua. "Excluded from accounting" is a citizen who is not fully subject to call and is a corresponding mark in his military accounting document and the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission. In this case, he really has the right to move outside Ukraine during martial law. "A person should have a conclusion of the VLK on unfitness, and in military accounting documents it is stated that he is expelled from military accounting. Not removed but excluded.
" "Removed" - this status is obtained by military citizens who, for example, change their place of residence. Therefore, Demchenko stressed, the border is closed for them. It should be noted that the media reported instructions for border guards, in which they were obliged to strengthen the control over the documents of the military for traveling abroad. In particular, it was said that large parents should present a document from the military enlistment office confirming their status.
