DOT has not completed the task of overcoming corruption and providing the Armed Forces with quality food - political scientist

The state operator of the rear (DOT) under the direction of Arsen Zhumadilov for less than a year, but all this time he is pursued by scandals with the purchase of food and other security for the Armed Forces. It is evidence that DOT did not fulfill its task, which was to overcome corruption and provide the Armed Forces with quality products.

This conclusion was reached by political scientist Oleg Posternak, who also believes that the Association of the DOT and the DOT -based defense procurement agency is a bad option for the development of the procurement system. "In the last interview with" Ukrainian Truth "the head of the state operator Arsen Zhumadilov was very tried to draw a vivid picture, they say, so there are some shortcomings in purchases, but in general everything is well.

It was clear that he had to be justified for the last scandal. It has been supplied with poor quality canned meat. He noted that this is not the first such a "small" case. "Recently, DOT tried to hide prices and bypass the transparent. As you know, DOT was created, including because the Ministry of Defense was also purchased without a competition. Dot was created to break this system, instead he was consulted. " .

"In the summer of this year, DOT bought plastic flasks three times more than market prices, it spent 54 million UAH, paying for each flask 355 UAH, although the same could be bought for 120 or even cheaper. " - writes the political scientist. Posterak also reminds that in March DOT he entered a scandal with a canned plant - this plant is the most claims against quality. And Dot signed with him contracts and paid them money from the budget. "And the last" little thing " - syringes in chicken.

This also happens in supermarkets in the center of Kiev? - says the political scientist. " As they say, one case is an accident, and two or more - the system. " He also notes that "there was a serious struggle for money and spheres of influence between DOT and the defense procurement agency, as these two institutions wanted to unite, and Jumadilov already sees himself as the head of two united structures.
