Everyone feels sanctions: in the European Parliament, they approved a ban on issuing a carriage to tourists from the Russian Federation
About it writes the German magazine Der Spiegel with reference to a policy speech on the air of TV show Mittagsmagazin. According to him, it is difficult to imagine the situation of simultaneous availability in EU countries of refugees from Ukraine and Russians who enjoy their lives. Weber hardly imagines how Ukrainian refugees serve tables for Russians who are resting on the German Island of Zalt or on the Baltic Sea. The ENP head is convinced that most Russian travelers are tourists.
In his opinion, Europe should say about the unwillingness to rest along with those who are partially responsible for the full -scale war in Ukraine. Ordinary Russian citizens are obliged to feel the consequences of sanctions, Weber added. Such a ban, according to the German MP, should not concern for those who want to leave Russia. The boundaries of the EU are still open to these people.
"If a civilian society wants to leave if people can no longer tolerate the Putin system and ask asylum, Europe should be open," he said. Recently, more and more European countries have been limiting Schengen visas to the Russians. The Baltic States, Poland and Finland want to do so without waiting for the EU consent. The Estonian Foreign Ministry spoke about the maximum reduction in the list of grounds for issuing visas to the Russians.
