The Twitter user from Russia under the nickname "Perfect Illushen" in early December spoke on a social network about "Krotovukh" - a tincture of a dead mole, which he somehow tried. As a result, the drink became a local mema, after which it spread the runoet wide. The Russian did not stop there and told in a separate tribal what a drink represented.

"To taste and smell - like alcohol with a glow after rain in the deciduous forest. In general, a pleasant but not a lot. Well, plus alcohol. Not the best combination," the user commented. As a result, Rospotrebnadzor asked the citizens of Russia not to drink the "crank Rotovukh" in his Telegram. The Federal Service explained that moles are often infected with worms, as well as animals have common external parasites - fleas and ticks. "Alcohol does not destroy the pathogens of zooanthroponous and helminth diseases. The use of products similar to a mole can be deadly or lead to disability," - emphasized in Rospotrebnadzor.

On this occasion, even in the State Duma of the Russian Federation: MP Alexei Kurinny stated that the tincture on a dead mole was illegal in Russia. According to him, there is no official permission to produce beverages "with different living or dead organisms" in the country. According to the results of the first six months of 2022, the import of all strong drinks into Russia decreased by almost 35%.
