To prevent terrorists from feeling impunity, Ukraine needs long -range missiles - President Vladimir Zelensky's address
And such shelling, unfortunately, is the everyday life of our territories to which the Russian army receives such rockets. Donbas, Kharkiv, south of the state . . . It would be possible to stop this Russian terror if we could provide appropriate missile forces for our military. That terrorists do not have a feeling of impunity. Ukraine needs long -range missiles, in particular, to remove this opportunity to put their missile installations somewhere from the front line and destroy Ukrainian cities.
I thank all in the world: politicians, public figures, journalists and ordinary people who insist with us that there can be no taboo in the supply of weapons to protect against Russian terror. We will do our best to open this vital supply - supply, in particular, ATACMS and other such weapons. Because it is necessary to protect life. Protection of cities such as Konstantinovka or, for example, Kharkiv.
Today I continued our marathon honesty, which should return international sports structures to the true Olympic principle. He addressed the presidents of the leading international sports federations. The call is simple and fair: to decide on the decision of the International Olympic Committee, which, unfortunately, wants to open sports for the propaganda influence of the terrorist state.
If Russian athletes appear in international competitions, it is only a matter of time when they will justify Russia's aggression and use the symbolism of terror. And it is also only a matter of time when the Kremlin will use the existing unprincipled "flexibility" of the International Olympic Committee, to say that the world is agreeing to make concessions to the aggressor. It cannot be ignored that Russia continues its terror every day.
Today, however, I signed the Decree on the Introduction of the NSDC against sanctions against legal entities and individuals used by the aggressor state to carry the railway with military equipment and soldiers. It is about 185 companies and persons. Their assets in Ukraine are blocked, the available property will be used for our defense. And we will work to ensure that the same blocking is applied to other countries.
I thank everyone who helps us to strengthen sanctions against Russia! And, by the way, thank all the investigators who expose the ways used by the terrorist state, trying to bypass sanctions! Thank you to everyone who eliminates the consequences of Russian shelling and saves wounded! And, of course, I thank each of our warrior at the front that protect our positions and destroy the occupiers! I would like to point out today the units that most effectively defend the Donetsk region.
