Fear of mobilization and war: why is the Aytyshnik massively want to leave Ukraine

To spread: almost half of the Ukrainian Itichniki thinks about moving abroad. Currently, 48% of industry professionals think about emigration, while last year there were a little more - 51%. Among those who are considering moving: 2% are going to do it in the near future, 12% are waiting for borders, 26% are just thinking about emigration, not making specific steps, and 8% would like to leave for a while with a further return to Ukraine. At the same time, 48% of the ITS are intending to stay in the country: 14% do not plan to leave, 27% do not have specific plans, and 7% have returned from abroad. Men and women's plans differ significantly. 16% of men are planning an active relocation against 5% of women. At the same time, 29% of men only think about moving, while women are 19%.

Women are more likely to return from abroad-14% against 3% of men, and almost half of Ukrainian women (49%) do not plan to emigrate, while among men this share is 38%. Age also affects the intentions of the Itichniki. Young specialists under 25 are more likely to consider moving - 53% against 45% among those who are 30. In addition, young people are more likely to leave temporary departure with the possibility of returning (13% against 8% among all specialists).

The main reason for the desire to leave is the war and the search for a safe place to live - they were named 65% of specialists in Ukraine and 67% of those who are already abroad and do not plan to return. Other factors include the fear of mobilization, distrust of power and the state, as well as the desire for balance and rest. It is interesting that men have a distrust of power and fear of mobilization (72% and 71%), while women are more likely to mention stress and security (68% and 64%).
