And the richest Ukrainians run the risk of losing a business that has generated billions of hryvnias last year.

What can save the industry and everyone who is related to it? The Mining and Metallurgical Complex of Ukraine in the Russian invasion was among the sectors of the Ukrainian economy that brought the most foreign exchange earnings, were very large employers and taxpayers. The situation was preserved even despite the events of 2014–2015, when several large metallurgical and coke -chemical enterprises were in the occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Video day, however, after February 24 this year. Metinvest Rinat Akhmetov and Vadim Novinsky lost two Mariupol Combines - Illych and Azovstal. In the occupied territory there was a Zaporizhzhya Iron Oblast Combine, among which investors from Slovakia. And all other enterprises - from the Kryvyi Rih GOK to Metcombinates in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions - work with minimal loading. And they run the risk of dwelling completely because of military and logistics risks.
