In particular, Trump was asked to clarify whether the United States agreed to these requirements for the ceasefire in the Black Sea. The US president did not answer the affirmative, instead explained that the issue was being considered.

Instead, Moscow requires the withdrawal of sanctions from "Rosselhozbanka" (access to the SWIFT system), permission to trade in agricultural products and fertilizers transported by ships in the Black Sea.
