"There is no second wave of mobilization in the plans of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. Already called for partial mobilization and volunteers is quite sufficient to fulfill the assigned tasks within the special operation (the Russian name of the war against Ukraine - ed. )," - the message reads.

Meanwhile, the representative of the General Staff Volodymyr Tsyliansky voiced the details of the spring conscription in the Russian Federation. According to him, which transmits Baza, recruits are going to notify for the first time in electronic form. That is, the summons will be sent not only in the form of a piece of paper, but also through the Internet.

"Given the positive effect of the measures carried out, the staff of the military commissariats were tasked with preparing for the spring conscript campaign, which begins on April 1, to notify the citizens in electronic form," Vladimir Tsyliansky said. By the way, during the spring conscription, which will be held from April 1 to July 15, 147 thousand people plan to recruit the army.
