The drone "dispatch" was developed by the Russian Research Institute "Signal", it was first introduced last year at the Defense Forum "Army-2024". The platform is based on a full -wheel drive wheel chassis and can fulfill logistics missions, evacuate the wounded, perform the role of a shock drone with a combat module or carry a different load of up to 200 kilograms.

During the debut last year, the developers presented a sanitary version with wounded stretchers, as well as a sapper complex with triggering installations of engineering ammunition for remote mines. The wheel chassis of land drone has a full drive and independent suspension, where each wheel is driven by a separate electric motor. "Despature" is able to move crossed at speeds of up to 30 km/h.

The remote control of the drone can be performed by one pilot with antennas, remote controls and glasses for FPV. Ukraine also has its development on this, and the integration of the fiber-optic communication system with the ground-digital platform was recently presented.
