“Only through the shopping center”: women medical women will not be hired without “military ticket”

Ukrainian medical women will now not be able to find a non-military. This norm was removed by the government. The Ukrainian government excluded the norm according to which women or pharmacists who do not have military accounting documents could be arranged for work by the end of 2026 as non-military. About it writes "Forensic law newspaper". It is noted that the relevant changes were made by the Cabinet of Ministers of May 16 No. 563.

The excluded norm assumed that women who received a profile education in a medical or pharmaceutical profession and who were not on military registration in territorial centers of staffing and social support, that is, did not receive a military accounting document, could be employed in a specialty as a non-military. the year.

At the same time, the rules under which the heads of state bodies, local self -government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations should be informed should be reported to "military registration and commissioners" about women who work in them, have received medical education and are not in military registration. Non -working women come to the corresponding shopping center on their own in order to take them on military accounting.

Women who have a specialty or profession related to the relevant military accounting specialty, determined in the list approved by the Ministry of Defense and are suitable for military service for health and age, are taken for military accounting of military personnel on a general basis desire. We will remind, since May 18, women-medical women must be on military accounting. A woman to the Armed Forces during martial law can only be mobilized on a voluntary basis.
