From March 3 to March 24, inclusive, ie 22 days before the ceasefire was announced, Russia made 8 attacks. As a result of shelling, 30 people were killed.

It should be noted that on March 11, Ukraine expressed his willingness to accept the US proposal for immediate introduction of a temporary, 30-day ceasefire regime.
