The head of the Armed Forces noted that despite the efforts of the enemy, in the last two weeks all settlements in the hot areas of the front have remained under the control of Ukraine. The operational situation on the eastern front remains difficult. Russian occupation troops have concentrated efforts in the area of ​​settlements of Terny, Ivanivske, Berdychi, Tonny, Verbovo and Robot, but all the settlements that the enemy wanted to seize, remained under the control of the Ukrainian forces.

The commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky reported this on March 13. The Ukrainian military commander visited the front areas, which are the main directions for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and where there is a threat to the promotion of enemy troops in the depth of the positions of defense forces.

Syrsky noted that in the area of ​​the above -mentioned settlements, the enemy has suffered significant losses, which is why recently the activity of Russian troops in other sections of the front has decreased significantly. According to the Committee, this was due to timely decisions on stabilization of the defense line, strengthening of these areas of the front, as well as due to the rotation of the inadvertent parts, courage and stability of Ukrainian defenders.

"After a detailed analysis and assessment of the situation, together with the commanders and officers of the headquarters, all necessary decisions were made to strengthen the reserves, ammunition, the means of the ICC of these military units, which will further ensure the stability of our defense on this area of ​​the front," - said Sirsky. At the same time, the Armed Forces said, there are questions that need to be addressed on the ground, so working on the front line is ongoing.
