It will not be superfluous to check the main working fluids - oil, antifreeze, inhibitory fluid. The condition of lighting, rubber seals, wiper bruses and splashing should also be monitored. If necessary, worn parts should be replaced. Although winter in Ukraine has not become so fierce recently, you need to be prepared for the worsening weather.

Gloves, a complex shovel, a towing rope, a brush with ice scraper, a thawed lock, a liquid from glass folding - all this will not be superfluous in the trunk of the car and can be useful in extreme situations. It is also advisable to carry a bottle with a wrap of glass. If a long trip is expected, then the driver should be taken care of as well as passengers. Just in case, you should bring a chemical hot water bottle, a bottle of drinking water and high -calorie foods such as chocolate or nuts.

The operation of the car in winter requires more care and caution from the driver. Before the trip, you should check the car. Do not forget that in cold weather the tire pressure drops and they need pumping. It is not necessary to warm up modern cars - their engines are adapted to operate under low temperatures. Although it is worth noting that in some car models the heater does not work fully until the engine reaches the operating temperature.

It is recommended to ride in winter carefully: you should refrain from sharp maneuvers, accelerate and brake smoothly - this will keep control over the car on a wet or slippery road. In order not to get stuck in deep snow in the parking lot, it is advisable to "drive" the track in advance, moving back and forth. In winter, you should wash the car more carefully and pay special attention to its bottom and wheel arches. You can then treat the body with special anti -corrosion agents.

At the same time, it should be remembered that in severe frost, the washing is not recommended, because the temperature drop is harmful to the paint and varnish coating of the body. In addition, it will not be superfluous to remove the car's battery and take it home in heat. Experts also advise to keep the fuel tank as much as possible, so that the condensate is not formed there.
