Six ways to protect Ukrainian NPPs: how to interfere with rocket terror of

In recent days, there has been a lot of talk about the threat of rocket-arable attacks by Ukrainian NPPs. In view of this, energy expert Volodymyr Omelchenko offers six measures to reduce risks from emergency situations at the NPP and maintain the integrity of the power system. How to reduce the military threat to NPPs and UEPs in the last days has been ongoing a lot of talk about the threat of rocket-arable attacks by Ukrainian NPPs. The President of Ukraine in Washington even said this.

Instead, in my post of August 27 this year, despite the complete silence from the officials, I probably determined that the day before I had caused hybrid blows to nuclear power stations through the mediation of attacks at Ukrenergo substation, which issue power from the NPP. In fact, these attacks are much more dangerous than strokes on the GRP on the atomic blocks due to the creation of deep out -of -the -project modes of reactors.

I provide a list of measures to reduce risks from emergency situations at NPPs and maintain the integrity of the UES. In principle, most measures are known to interested experts, but I would like to allocate a new one among them - the formation of the practical possibility of symmetrical or asymmetrical retribution strikes that should cause critical damage to military and energy infrastructure of the enemy. This opportunity, in my opinion, should be provided in the doctrine of military restraint.
