On the morning of November 20, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired at a private transport enterprise in Kherson. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Alexander Proudin on Telegram. "In the morning, the Russian army fired at a private transport enterprise in Kherson," said Alexander Proudin.

He noted that two drivers were killed due to a Russian blow, another person was injured. In addition, a car and a dwelling house were damaged. The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office stated the beginning of the death and injury of civilians as a result of hostile shelling.

"Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings was launched on violation of the laws and customs of war, which is combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the statement reads. According to the investigation, at about 09:00 on November 20, the occupiers fired at Kherson, pre -artillery weapons. As a result, two people were killed, and another was injured.

Civil cars were also damaged.
