According to the latest data, at least one person was killed, 22 were injured, 14 citizens, three of whom were children, hospitalized. This is reported in the National Police of Ukraine. The first explosions thickened around 00:56. Subsequently, a series of repeated explosions at 01:00, at 01:07, and at 01:15. According to the Air Force Command, the enemy released 19 rockets in the direction of the regional center. Among them: Air Forces managed to destroy four "calibers" and five winged "sparks".
As a result of massive shelling, port infrastructure, six residential buildings, including multi -apartment buildings, two architectural monuments, there are electrical grids and several large funnels. The house of scientists was injured and Zhvanetsky Boulevard was destroyed. The Odessa City Council reported that the Holy Transfiguration Cathedral was severely destroyed, where there was a strong fire as a result of the attack.
In addition to damage to the building, the Orthodox shrines were injured: from under the rubble they got the Casper icon of the Mother of God, which is the patron saint of Odessa. Rescuers and urban utilities work at the place of arrival at the Council. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the enemy attack. He expressed their condolences to all the victims and stated that Russian terrorists would feel the answer, they will not have any excuse.

In Odessa, as a result of a night attack, four people were injured and administrative building was destroyed. The UN Education, Science and Cultural Institution (UNESCO) made a condemnation of Russian shelling of Odessa on July 21.
According to preliminary estimates of the organization, during the missile attacks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation caused museums included in the UNESCO World Heritage Fund, including the Archaeological Museum, the Museum of the Navy and the Literary Museum.
"UNESCO expresses support for residents of Odessa and brings sincere condolences to the victims," - says in a statement in an organization that calls for termination of attacks on cultural values protected by international law.
