On September 23, three drones were launched from the Black Sea to the city, two of which destroyed the administrative building in the port zones and the third was shot. One person was killed as a result of the attack. The fact that Russia purchased a thousand drones-Kamikadze from Iran was known in mid-August. The first such UAV was shot down on September 13 near Kupyansk Kharkiv region. According to the military, the Russians repainted ShahED-136 in Russian colors and called it "Geran-2".
