Spikelets, asymmetry and a reminder of the war: what was shown by Lily Litkovskaya on Fashion Week in Paris

The Litkovska brand during the Paris Fashion Week presented his collection of spring-summer called Rebirth. Ukrainian designer Lilia Litkovskaya presented a new collection for the Fashion Week in Paris. In her models, she put deep content and complemented the outfits of wheat with spikelets, which often decorates the clothes of her production and even kept in her hands during the wedding. Photo from the show appeared on Instagram designer.

The designer said that the "Rebirth" collection is a recognition of the power of the female spirit and its stability in difficult times. "Each collection is a reflection of a new life, a new beginning. However, the beginning does not always have a laconic end, but may be interrupted at the most unexpected moment, in a moment that makes us stop. The new collection is a call not to stop, even when this moment may seem imperfect" , - said Litkovskaya.

The show took place in a historical building called Hausmann. On huge showcases were placed QR codes with addresses and photos of places in different cities of Ukraine, which were destroyed as a result of shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Although these places have been destroyed, the designer makes it clear that life lasts. The podium was decorated with spikelets in ice clips.

It is a metaphor that embodies the idea of preserving new values, new qualities and spiritual revival. The collection of Ukrainian designer is dominated by asymmetry and conciseness. Some products look as if they were cut intentionally. Accessories, shoes, bags and even decorations were made of straw. The designer does not first turn to the theme of the ears.

Even at her own wedding with the NSDC exclusive Alexander Danylyuk, she chose a bouquet of spikelets instead of flowers to her white dress. Lily Lilya is known for its structural silhouettes and exquisite skills. Together with her team, she rethinks modern fashion through clean lines. For this sophistication, it is appreciated all over the world. The first lady of Ukraine Elena Zelenskaya many times appeared at public events from Litkovskaya.
