In Kharkiv, a woman with the help of selfie cited Russian missiles: the court sentenced the FSB agent (photo)

The convicted person worked at the Kharkiv Energy Industry. Law enforcement officers found that the woman often traveled to Moscow and Belgorod and never hid the pro -Russian position. The 45-year-old resident of the village of Bohodukhiv district in Kharkiv region was sentenced to ten years in prison for cooperation with Russian special services. The court found the woman guilty of disseminating information about the movement, movement and location of the Armed Forces.

This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on Tuesday, October 29. According to the investigation, the woman was in touch with Russian intelligence through Telegram, where she transferred the coordinates of the Ukrainian military in her village. She also provided information about the energy infrastructure in Kharkiv, where she worked.

The SBU said that in 2022, a woman photographed herself to adjust the Russian attack on the background of an industrial object. Also, with the help of selfies, the informant gave air attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops defending the regional center. In order to mask her actions, a woman deleted files after each session of the FSB communication, as well as constantly changing mobile phones.

As the investigation was established, the woman has repeatedly traveled to Moscow and Belgorod, and did not hide her pro -Russian position. She was detained in August 2023, and she was in custody. The accused did not admit guilty, but confessed that she received 10 thousand hryvnias from the FSB.

The Dergachiv District Court found the woman guilty under Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for the illegal dissemination of information on the displacement and location of the Armed Forces in order to provide such information to the aggressor. The investigation was conducted by the SBU in the Kharkiv region with the support of the regional prosecutor's office.
