In Russia, they boasted an FPV-Drone with Kalashnikov's machine: how they want to use it (video)
"IP Harbalet" is made on the basis of a 10-inch FPV-Drizd FPV-Drizd Field Controller Devicef40SD, which provides stabilization, navigation and automation of flight, as well as accurate maneuvers. According to the creators, the quadcopter can fly up to 15 km, lift a health load weighing up to 4 kg, and at the same time accelerate up to 100 km/h and rise to a height of 5 km. However, flight time is limited for 8 minutes.
The AKS-74U machine with a shop for 30 rounds is fixed by the lateral part of the drone with a bracket. Judging by the video, the "IP Harbalet" has no system compensation, although the Russians declare high precision firing. It is assumed that when the cartridges are over, the UAVs will return to the operator for recharge and reuse. The cost of "IP Harbalet" was estimated at 140 thousand rubles (about $ 1650). The developers do not specify whether the cost of the machine is included.
The Consulting device states that it can produce up to 500 such drones per month. In 2024, the Ukrainian Wild Horne team created its FPV-Dron with a machine. With his help, the Armed Forces operators fired a landing where Russian soldiers hid. The developers have acknowledged that the system needs to be improved. Earlier, focus wrote why drones with automatic weapons are not massively used in battles.
