IT expert Dmitry Bevza told Izvestia that access to the operating system is most likely an adjustment of the corporation's policy on users in Russia who have already bought Windows. "Windows downloading is good news for those who could not download the software before and have been forced to use non-authored sources of access to software like torrent trackers. Such collections are dangerous and may contain, for example, viruses built into the image of OS," The publication writes.
