The deputy chairman of the Berdyansk district council Viktor Dudukalov on the air "Channel 24" told about it on August 9. According to Dudukalov, Russian invaders partially learn lessons from their mistakes. At the same time, he stressed that the moral and psychological state of the Russian army soldiers in the occupied territories remains very low. Thus, in the territory of the Zaporizhzhya region the invaders are actively building trenches and fortifications.

For example, in the village of Andreevka continues to grow a deep ditch, which plays an important role in ensuring security towards the Azov Sea. And at the airport in Berdyansk, three lines of protection were erected. "If you compare Berdyansk with Melitopol or Mariupol, of course, it has a different strategic importance because our city is not transit and is not a" key "to Crimea," Dudukalov explained.

The official stressed that the occupiers, both last year and this year, actively strengthen their position. However, Ukrainian intelligence constantly monitors the movement of equipment and events in the occupied territories. "This is very important because in recent times, our strengths are quite accurately" extinguished "from modern rockets," Dudukalov emphasized. According to him, the Russians cannot be underestimated, since practice shows that they have learned to fight modern means.
