"The Ministry of Internal Affairs has opened and works to neutralize the network from smuggling of people who are governed from Russia, trying to attract Cuba citizens who are in the Russian Federation or in Cuba, in the armed forces to participate in military operations in Ukraine," - reads in Ministry's statement. The department does not inform the details, but notes that some persons have already initiated criminal proceedings. "Cuba is not a side of conflict in the war in Ukraine.
