Increasing mobilization: Which of the men is forbidden to call the Armed Forces in June

During the mobilization in Ukraine, some categories of citizens are forbidden to call the service. Such men can only enter the Armed Forces on a contract and voluntarily. On May 18, a new law on mobilization in Ukraine came into force. The document contained the issue of conscription for military service at will. The 24 Channel said more about this. According to the Law on Mobilization in Ukraine, servicemen who have returned from the Russian captivity can only be denied the Armed Forces at will.

Citizens under 25 years of age during mobilization who have undergone basic military training can also voluntarily join the Armed Forces. In addition, persons with disabilities, foreigners and stateless people can voluntarily go on a contract. To do this, they need to contact the CCC and JV at the place of actual residence or directly to the military unit in which they plan to serve. We will remind that during the mobilization in Ukraine there may be economic booking of employees.

Two models are currently being worked out - booking a military personnel whose salaries of at least 35 thousand hryvnias are being worked out; Fee for each booked employee in the amount of 20 thousand hryvnias. Critically important enterprises can now book men. After the Law on Mobilization in Ukraine since May 18, military persons must update their military accounting data. The same applies to men who went abroad 10-20 years ago and have documents for permanent residence there.
