Increasing mobilization in Ukraine: from what age will they be called to the Armed Forces in June

Until August 11, 2024, martial law and general mobilization will continue in Ukraine, and during this time, military personnel may be called to the Armed Forces. The lawyers of free legal aid noted that men will not be called for up to 25 years during the mobilization of up to 25 years, they may join the Armed Forces at their own request. Instead, men from 25 to 60 years can call the service. Since 2025, basic military training will be introduced in higher education institutions.

In addition, the basic military service will appear instead of the term, its term will be up to five months in peacetime and up to three months during a special period. Citizens under 18 can choose a convenient time for basic service. Regardless of its passage, men will receive a delay before mobilization to reach the mobilization age.
