According to him, at about 15:00 the occupation troops of the Russian Federation, which are on the left bank of the Kherson region, fired at the city. At the same time, according to the local ova, air alarm was announced at 15:05. "They hit the area of ​​one of the markets. Two wounded ones are known. The information is specified," Roman Mrochko wrote, but later the information about the victims was not confirmed.

According to the specified data, there was no casualties and victims and the reason was the end of the working day. "Witnesses explain this only by the fact that the working day is over and there were almost no buyers. There were single sellers and owners near their shops," Roman Mrochko continued. The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Alexander Proudin wrote in his Telegram-channel that it did not confirm the presence of victims of hostile shelling.

He added separately that the Russians fireting the city regularly from all types of weapons.
