The war changed the eating habits of most Ukrainians: what do you have to save on?
This is stated in a new study by the Gradus company. Women and people over 55 years of age feel these changes especially acutely. They are characterized by emotional exhaustion and sleep disturbances, which directly affects the regularity of meals and the choice of products. Despite gradual adaptation to new conditions, most Ukrainians continue to save on food. The share of those who reduced their spending on products increased from 67% to 72%.
Residents of Kyiv and western regions reduce their food budgets the least, and residents of the East and South of the country the most. Most often, Ukrainians refuse sweets, snacks and delicacies. According to Gradus, 54% of women have reduced their consumption of confectionery, while young people are less likely to reduce alcohol spending - only 26%. We will remind, on October 1, Danylo Hetmantsev explained what taxes taxi drivers will pay.
