A Russian UAV blew up in the air: the Armed Forces showed the operation of a new hunter drone (video)

Share: Soldiers of the Black Arrow Unmanned Systems Battalion have begun using a new interceptor drone to detect, pursue and destroy Russian drones. Footage of the new hunter drone was published on the Facebook page of the 5th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade (5th OVMBR). In the video, you can see how Ukrainian operators detect an enemy reconnaissance UAV. Then the interceptor drone opens fire, as a result of which the drone of the Russian Armed Forces explodes in the air.

"A new hunter drone is in operation — a special drone for detecting, pursuing and neutralizing enemy aircraft. It strengthens the defense of our skies and reduces the capabilities of the enemy," the caption to the video reads. As "Military" notes with reference to the operators, the interceptor works effectively even in conditions of active radio electronic suppression. Its advantages include speed of reaction and autonomy.
