Ukrainians can make payments to a deceased military pensioner: how to do it

To receive such a pension, you must be incapacitated and be maintained. Ukrainians have the right to issue a pension of their deceased partner if he was the main breadwinner of the family. Typically, a breadwinner's loss pension is 50% of the deceased pension, which also applies to military pensioners. This is stated in the article "24 Channel". If the transition to a breadwinner is not beneficial for a pensioner, he or she may refuse to design it.

In order to receive such a pension, it is necessary to meet the following criteria: the wives of the military can receive from 30 to 70% of the amount of money of the deceased, but not less than 4 722 hryvnia. The necessary documents for the pension in connection with the loss of the breadwinner: recall, some pensioners may receive a social pension instead of age. However, it is not available for all categories of citizens.
