To spread: the head of the recruitment group Alexey Tarasenko says that more young people and older people come to the brigade. The position is selected, in particular, by human education. The age groups of people who voluntarily come to recruiting centers for mobilization to the Armed Forces of Ukraine have become more diverse today. Earlier, volunteers were mostly middle -aged men, and now young people and older men and women are also referred to the centers.

This was stated by the head of the recruitment group of the 5th separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexey Tarasenko on the broadcasting of the Teleterna "One News". He noted that the recruitment process is now "intense. " "Currently, I would say that the typical age composition of people who want to join the army has expanded.

If earlier they were men mostly middle -aged, about 40 years old, now I can say that there is no clear trend, we work with absolutely all age -old categories, "Tarasenko explained. The recruiter said that young guys who have recently graduated from school and are looking for their journey in life, and older men and women have also turned to their brigade. The average age of mobilized remains within 35-40 years, but the age composition becomes more diverse.

Tarasenko also assured that a position for all volunteers is selected in 99% of cases. When a person has a profile education, it gives a greater choice of vacancies that they can offer in the team. "If a person does not have any education, he can receive this basic education for his position in the army. However, of course, these will be lower positions: soldiers, related to infantry vacancies," - explained the head of the recruiting group.
