The EU will issue a visa to the Russians taking into account the "political aspects" - the European Commission

The European Commission believes that the issue of issuing EU countries visas for Russian citizens should be considered in the light of "political aspects". This was stated by the official representative of the EC on the Interior, Migration and Security of Anita Hipper.
