The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the Ryazan oil refinery with "Peklo" missiles, the Tu-95MS airfield is under threat (video)

Share: In the Russian Federation, the Ryazan oil refinery caught fire, next to which the Diaghilev military airfield and the 360th aircraft repair plant are located. The strike could be delivered by "Peklo" drone missiles, which had a range of 500 km. The attack by the weapons of the Armed Forces took place on the night of October 22-23, the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavlo Malikov, confirmed on the Telegram page.

According to the official, there are almost no casualties, and there is no destruction. Meanwhile, local residents published a series of videos with burning equipment of the Ryazan Oil Refinery. Focus collected details of the attack on the Russian Federation, which may involve the "Peklo" missile. Malikov's post appeared at 7:49 on October 23.

The governor of Ryazan wrote that 14 drones were apparently neutralized over the region: debris fell on the territory of a certain enterprise and one person was injured. The official did not disclose other details. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported in the morning about the raid of 139 drones of the Armed Forces. The Russian command reported on the operation of air defense systems that attacked Ryazan and nine other regions and the occupied Crimea.

The Command of the Forces of Unmanned Systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the General Staff have not yet informed about the attack on the strategic object of the Russian Federation — the Ryazan Refinery and on possible related targets. On the map of the combat operations of the DeepState project, we can see that the means of destruction had to overcome almost 500 km and four regions to reach the targets.

Some details about the strike on October 23 were revealed in the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel, which specializes in "leaks" from the Russian intelligence services. It is indicated that the drones attacked Ryazan and Skopyn (80 km south of the regional center). The targets were probably the oil refinery (on the southern outskirts of Ryazan) and the Diaghilev airfield (14 km to the northwest, near the village of Shakhmanovo).

It should be noted that military aircraft Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3, Tu-134UBL and Il-78 (refueler) are stationed at the airport, and an aircraft repair plant is located nearby. In the Telegram channel, the OSINT analyst "Dnipro Osint ⟨ Garbuz ⟩" carried out geolocation of footage of the fire at the Ryazan oil refinery. It was established that AVT-2 of primary oil processing is burning at the point with coordinates 54. 56280639879809, 39. 737499810376164.

In addition, it is noted that the attack could have been carried out by "Peklo" missile drones: no confirmations and sources were provided. Focus wrote about the "Peklo" drone missile mentioned by an OSINT analyst. "Peklo" is a long-range munition of Ukrainian production, created, approximately, in 2024 on the basis of the "Palyanytsia" drone missile. The weapon can fly up to 700 km at a speed of 700 km/h.

It should be noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already used "Peklo" missile drones to strike a military target of the Russian Armed Forces in the temporarily occupied Donetsk. The attack took place on September 9 and the weapon worked together with the British Storm Shadow missile. Another attack by "Hell" on the territory of the occupied Luhansk Region: it was possible to destroy the crossing over the Aidar River.
