During the conversation with the commanders, it turned out that they needed new fighters who would be really motivated to fight and had the necessary knowledge and skills.
"The main problematic issue for commanders of any level is the acquisition of parts and units with motivated, qualitatively trained servicemen," Facebook posts. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation threw a large number of armored vehicles, artillery and FPV-pings, in addition, they have already had time to rotate and replace the beaten assault units with fresh and staffed units.
In such circumstances, it is important that the Ukrainian military learn to fight in conditions when the front line is saturated with Russian drones. "One important area of change is the adaptation of the basic training of servicemen on actions in the conditions of complete domination of drones on the battlefield," Syrsky stressed. In particular, on July 2, it became known about the promotion of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Pokrovsky direction: the enemy reached the minor road on the way to the city. In addition, there is a promotion of Russians in the Toretsky direction, told by military experts. Meanwhile, Eugene Dyky's efficiency of the Aydar detachment stated that 200,000 people need to be mobilized to solve problems at the front of Ukraine by the end of the year.
