Russia was significantly intensified in the Black Sea waters, and its aviation has dropped four unknown devices in the Grain Corridor to prevent the movement of civilian ships and discredit Ukraine's defense forces. The Russian aviation in the humanitarian navigation corridor has dropped unknown explosive devices. This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the united coordination press center of defense forces of southern Ukraine, on the air of the TV channel "Espresso".

She noted that Russian troops used managed aircraft and air base missiles. The use of unknown explosive devices that the enemy attaches to the aircraft using a humanitarian navigation corridor was also recorded. "The terror of the enemy continues everywhere - in the air, on land, at sea," - said Humeniuk. For several days, the Ukrainian military watched Russian aviation to the sea routes and discharges of unknown explosive devices.

According to her, today the enemy has intensified significantly and dropped four unknown devices. In this way, obviously, Russian invaders try to arrange obstacles to civilian navigation and discredit Ukraine's defense forces. The corresponding actions of Russia violate international law. On October 23, the Fleet of the Russian Federation released a fighting in the Black Sea.

According to the Navy of Ukraine, Russian invaders continue to violate international law by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS) on civil vessels in the Azov Sea.
