"59 thousand shellings": 2000 Ukrainians have died since the beginning of 2023 through the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to Minister Igor Klimenko, the most shelling by the occupation troops of the Russian Federation was recorded in Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Since the beginning of 2023, 2000 Ukrainian citizens have been killed as a result of Russian shelling. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko on November 30 during a meeting with the ambassadors of G7.

According to the minister, for 11 months of the current year Russia 59 thousand times fired at settlements in 24 regions of Ukraine. "As a result, 11,000 citizens were injured, 2 thousand were killed," Klimenko said. According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the most shelling by the occupation troops of the Russian Federation was recorded in Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions.

Klimenko also stated that the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are an integral part of Ukraine's defense forces. Yes, 9 brigades of the Guard of the offensive were formed. These are thousands of fighters that are now on the collision line. In the future, they will enter the territories and carry out stabilization measures there.
