Putin agreed to meet with Zelensky: Peskov voiced the new conditions of the Kremlin

Peskov's statement appeared three days after the words of US President Donald Trump about two atomic submarines that went to Europe. The Kremlin's representative stressed that it should be "neat" on nuclear subjects and that the Russian Federation is careful about "non -proliferation of nuclear weapons". In addition, it turned out that the statements of the White House Head are not interpreted as "escalation": instead, it is only about "sensitive topics that perceive emotionally".
