Riots as a result of fighters' failures. What happens in the occupied Mariupol - the mayor adviser answers
Because unfulfilled promises sooner or later lead to the fact that people start asking, why so? And then they ask louder and louder. In fact, in Mariupol a bunch of problems, a bunch of problems in whole neighborhoods, especially the private sector, the most crushed neighborhoods. Video of the day, where people were promised both light, water, gas, and anything, and nothing is done.
And the question arises as to someone and I don't have? Where are all these promises? And such riots begin, if you talk about people, improvised rallies. It was all expected, we warned it. This is such inherent in Mariupol habit in eight years. Actually, the collaborators who are leading the city today have used the last two years. All sorts of tariff rallies and so on. And today they get the same from the same people whom they were brought to.
And again, the same riots begin on the utility companies of the occupation, where people also went to work, where they were promised an ultra-high salary, they have not been paid their salaries for two months. And they start real strikes, do not go to work until they pay. It was a month and a half and a very successful action with Mariupolvodokanal occupation, they were paid everything. People know this and begin to use it to somehow take their own from the occupying power.
That is, it is really purely social riots, absolutely morbid, as invaders love to say, "Nikakoy Politics", but they are, and there will be more. - Considering that pro -Ukrainian people either killed or arrested, or these people just left Mariupol, it is possible to say that this is already such a rebellion mostly loyal people who were waiting for Russian power? - Actually, yes. We can say that these are loyal and partially neutral riots. Oddly enough, there are some.
And that is why they are the most difficult for the occupying power. Because they know well what to do with pro -Ukrainian actions, what to do with pro -Ukrainian people, and what to do with people who seem to be their own or at least not enemies and in principle require understandable things what to do with it, they are not completely know. And you also need to look with a look - what exactly? In principle, the so -called "DNR" is now a very big crisis.
Of course, it is less money in Russia, [funds] allocate less to Donetsk. In addition, as long as the pockets are buried by collaborators, people do not reach. That is, all these crises are exacerbated, because in Mariupol and in the occupied part of the Donetsk region the fuel crisis is now very high. There is no gasoline, crazy queues, 20 liters in the tank and no more. In Mariupol with bread a very big problem. He is either three times more expensive than Ukrainian prices, or there is no cheaper.
And so on. Prices are rising, they try to fight them somehow, some commissions, some regulation. There is a commission, people change prices for real ones. That is inflation, all see it. And against the background of this is still dissatisfaction. What is this video that is about today? These are people on the victory avenue, the Left Bank, where fierce fighting went in due time. That is, they have neither water nor electricity since March. And here is winter on the nose.
Therefore, of course, it burns a little. - And I wonder, maybe you know, and how do they respond in Mariupol to the escape and retreat of Russian forces from Kharkiv region? There are two big differences, as the Russians perceive, and I understand that Mariupol residents can adjust their plates on RT and so on, look that it is a regrouping of troops. But there is a significant detail. These are people who lived for many years in Ukraine, they have a critical mind.
And they can roughly imagine the scale of the Russian military catastrophe in the north of our country. And how is it perceived in Mariupol? - perceived warning. For the pro -Ukrainian part, of course, we understand how it is perceived, for the neutral and pro -Russian part, this is really perceived very reserved. There plates do not need to be set in Mariupol, there are 30 channels on T2, there is all right with it. As always, there is no electricity, but there is Russian propaganda.
However, we need to understand that in Mariupol, unlike many cities, there is a constant mine, constantly explosions. At night, people are constantly hearing small arms, because the occupiers are shot there. And recently, a fireworks was arranged near one of the police officers. People are constantly hearing the reviews of war, and they have not yet relaxed. They understand that it can be very fast.
And we see that those who cooperate with the authorities, with the occupiers, if not yet pack suites, then think about what we can do next? The pro -Ukrainian asset, on the contrary, straightened the wings. We see how our resistance is stronger and resistance organized, and the resistance of the people of pro -Ukrainian. - Is there a real resistance in Mariupol? - Of course, there is. First, a very powerful information resistance is as possible.
Because it is probably one of the few available forms of resistance in Mariupol, given the cruelty of the regime. However, there were also facts of hostilities aimed at the occupiers, were arson, there were underws. Do not touches Mariupol resistance, he cannot get to collaborators. But for patrols, for example, using all sorts of tricks, there are also positive results that minut the invaders. Therefore, Mariupol was both a creative city in Ukraine, so it remains in resistance.
And of course, our simple fiction, but believe me, in the city he burns from the occupiers from this her. And, as a result, in the evening on the Square of Freedom, our youth, just young people, not people who relate directly to the resistance, even in the presence of some occupiers of the military, sang the anthem of Ukraine and shouted who Putin was. That is, these are the consequences of the work of resistance and work of our Armed Forces.
The fact that people in the city woke up that, first, no one threw them away, and that de-occupation is not something that promises as with Donetsk for eight years, which is something that will be exactly as soon as the Armed Forces They will be able to move towards the city. So yes, resistance will be stronger, there is no doubt. We will see much more fun things. - What about education in Mariupol? Russian teachers are noticed in the city? - No. It was enough. Unfortunately, but the fact.
This is such a separate pain for me in particular. And this, you know, that part, when our tolerant position is Ukrainian, "not everything is so unambiguous", now we are racing to the opposite. The teachers had enough of their own. They went to the side of the enemy, work. For example, only received figures, about 70 teachers of the former, he is now working in Kiev, Mariupol State University, here 70 teachers have been retrained in Rostov-on-Don.
More than 150 school teachers are the same, they went to work. That is, there are such. In addition, many of them were those who were ambassadors, who were faces and the New Ukrainian School. That is, these gadgets are simply repainted and now I am promoting our children to propaganda that Ukrainians as a nation are "no", Ukraine, as a country, is "fictional" and everything so on.
That is, the fact that Putin and all his propagandists say, even from the first grade began to tell children in schools. And here it is necessary to express, perhaps, a separate gratitude to our parents, who are now forced to give children, although they oppose it, and this is also a fact, in the first days they defended before the teachers, so that the children did not wave this cloth on the camera, and that was not. It is the heritage of parents, not teachers.
But everything is sad with teachers. And together with the evacuation community, we work together with educators and with resistance to fix every teacher who came out to work so that it was mastered so that when we de -couping, there was no "I did not know, me. forced ”and more.
Considering that we, as the city authorities, gave the mechanism in particular to educators who could not leave because there was a period, they simply did not let them out of the city, but we gave them a mechanism how they could inform us that they were forced to go for cooperation. And in principle, we take it for brackets, after the de -occupation we will understand. So such messages of a unit.
- The same teachers who are teaching children now, and they are not combatants, right? Or those people, we have seen a video from Kupyansk, where a certain number of local receiving Russian passports. What do you think you do with such citizens? - Yes, in principle, nothing complicated. There are no unresolved issues, there are uncomfortable solutions.
I will tell you that this is a matter that we are constantly discussing with civil society, with a pro -Ukrainian asset of Mariupol, of course, and let's say, let's say, informally. We understand what we need to do as a locals who have lived in the forefront of Ukraine for eight years. And now they have got it as a result. First, we need to be deprived of these people's opportunities to choose and be elected.
For example, to introduce an institute when vote, electoral law, is, first, people as taxpayers. If you do not pay taxes, you are not active in the life of the country, then what elections? And secondly, we really need to think about the institutions of not citizenship, but on the model of the Baltic countries. Because otherwise there is no. It will be very good if all people will leave Ukraine during the de -occupation.
But again, who will then be forbidden to return? Therefore, we have to make very radical decisions. It can sound very ugly, but we have no other chance. Russia will not go anywhere after our victory. And these people, both working for the enemy, will work for the enemy, we have to understand it. Those who directly participated in the propaganda received a passport, worked for the occupier, and here should be clear - criminal liability.
We have to strengthen criminal liability and they have to bear it. In one form or another. - By the way, the collaboration law exists. Please tell me how do you behave in Mariupol? Did they stay in the city? Or were they taken away? - There is in the city. They live outside the city. Recently, they were replenished, two buses were brought. Kadyrivtsi, Dagestan. They are mostly dealt with the issues of global robbery, export of scrap. Together with the collaborator our Ivashchenko.
It was his dream to cut Azovmash into scrap. Now he is doing it. He came to the dream, as they say. Today, they cut the whole group of Azovsh's enterprises into scrap, people pay two rubles per kilogram or two thousand per kilogram, and 32,000 are handed over in Rostov-on-Don. - For two thousand rubles, they buy in Mariupol, for 32 thousand rubles sell in Rostov? - So. And all this, of course, crumble the Cadyrivs who are in the city.
With regard to the behavior of Mariupols, say, in everyday life, it should be noted that the Kadyrivs are better than the Russian military, and much better than the "Dnrov" so -called military. This is a strange situation, not fully understood. Maybe because they do not consider the Russians. Most likely because of that. But there are, factories are engaged in control.
What is happening with scrap, with the preparation of military bases, clearing of workshops, all of these are done by Cadyrivs and control the Mariupol district, as well as movement. There they work mostly as Rosgvardia. This is their area of responsibility. - Mariupol, as a transport knot for the Russian army, which throws its forces further to the south of Ukraine, to the Kherson area, how important is it? - Not today. Fortunately, they were unable to run the port.
Fortunately, they could not launch the rail. Yes, they go past Mariupol from Donetsk or from Novoazovsk, Rostov's direction, simply transit. Here is the transit point through which they pass without stopping. And in fact, the logistics is no load to date Mariupol for the occupiers in the military component. And that's good for us. There are no bases of global, no fortifications of global. While we see transit, transit and transit.
- And why failed to launch the port and the railway knot? Russia doesn't invest? - No, does not invest. Neither brains nor money. And there is another reason we think. Because the situation on the front does not allow them. - I understand, you will rebuild the port here, and you have to run. - Yes, somewhere. And there is an interesting situation with the port. They appointed from the first day of the port of the port, there was a Russian who directed one of the Russian ports.
That is, a specialist, we cannot say anything. He spent almost three months, and it was the Russians who arrested him. And the port in general became after. That is, he stole somewhere. And they closed their own. The port is at all frozen today. What can be seen in Mariupol? This large dome of myths about Russia, if objectively look, it is simply as dust in the air. Because they do not have power. There is simply no power to restore the port immediately, to restore the railway.
I am sure we would do it in a much shorter time. They cannot build normally. And you know, most interesting, something we had to think so, in Mariupol, exactly such rumors and conversations were constant, that there was no corruption in Russia at least at an average and lower level. Nifiga. They are stolen as in the Soviet Union. That is why this is the first reason why nothing works. Because everything is stolen before you start doing something. - We now summarize with you.
