"At the same time, given the lack of preliminary military training, such recruits must first be taught the basics of military affairs in training centers or landfills before they can directly join the fighting," Danylo Goncharenko said. According to him, such citizens cannot be sent immediately to the forefront without proper training. This reserve is an important source for periodic rotary replenishment of personnel in the event of a continued conflict and the need for additional forces.
The lawyer added that before sending to the military unit, such citizens must undergo military training, the purpose of which is to provide the necessary skills of owning weapons, tactical training and assimilation of the basics of military affairs.
