According to the command, 90 combat clashes took place on the front in the last day. The Armed Forces have struck the accurate strokes in two areas of personnel concentration and management point. Over the past 24 hours, the defense forces have caused unprecedented damage to the Russian occupation forces. About 1380 enemy fighters were destroyed. This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of October 20.

Thus, the armed forces of Russia have suffered the following losses: according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue active operations in the east and south of the country. In the Melitopol direction, offensive actions are carried out, as well as offensive operations continue in the Bakhmut direction. As a result of these efforts, hostile forces suffer severe losses. There were 90 combat clashes in the last day.

The enemy caused 12 rocket and 60 aviation strikes, as well as 53 shelling from rocket launchers on the positions of the Armed Forces and settlements. In the Zaporozhye direction, our military was able to successfully maintain their positions in the Verbov, Zaporizhzhya region. In the Kherson direction, in the area of ​​responsibility, "Odesa", the forces of defense are actively conducting a counter -battery struggle and inflicting fire strikes on the rear of the enemy.

Aviation of defense forces during the day struck the point of management, conducted 13 attacks in areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as 4 more attacks on the anti-aircraft missile complexes of the enemy. Also, our military destroyed 4 operative-tactical reconnaissance drones.
