"When declaring general mobilization, the accused deliberately neglected his constitutional obligation to protect the Motherland and although he committed a mild crime, but one that creates in the eyes of citizens and society as a whole a negative impression of impunity, especially during the martial law introduced throughout the territory of Ukraine and mobilization, " - stated in the sentence.
