Russian aggressors occupy educational institutions far from the front, and children under the guise of "ARI protection" are sent to study at home. Russian aggressors in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region transfer students to a remote form of education to populate schools arriving from Russia. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

The report states that the occupiers officially transfer children under the guise of "protection against acute respiratory diseases (ARI). "Officially, students are transferred to avoid the spread of ARI. However, such preventive measures have not taken place before, meanwhile, the occupation administration has problems with the displacement of newly arrived occupiers, who are inhabited in released schools," the message reads.

The CNS also reported that it is not about the territories adjacent to the front, where the educational process is practically not conducted, but about the rear areas where the fighting is not conducted.
