In Ukraine, the media salaries of specialists employed in the IT sphere have decreased for the first time since the beginning of a full-scale war with Russia. The greatest fall is recorded in the salaries of level experts: it is noted that at the former level there are salaries from experienced developers (Tech Lead and Architect), but the Team Lead also began to earn less, though not much ($ 25 against the summer of 2023). Back-end and Mobile are the highest paid in the IT sphere. Reducing wages here is still less than among Front-end and Full Stack.

According to the publication, the outstaffing companies still have the highest salaries, and outsourcing - the lowest.
