The President's office is working on improving the system of protecting the victims from the war of Ukrainians

Under the chairmanship of the deputy head of the Presidential Office Irina Vereshchuk, an interagency meeting was held, which was attended by representatives of the Government, the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, the State Service for Children, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as representatives and expert community.

  The focus of attention is to develop a single comprehensive approach to the protection and support of Ukrainians and Ukrainian women who were affected by Russian aggression. Representatives of central executive bodies, together with public organizations, presented the concept of improving the national system. “This is important because it should serve as the basis for further rulemaking and practical work of the authorities and the public sector.
