The SBU conducted a special operation on "Boyko's towers": what objects of the Russian Federation undermined marine and air drones (video)
The SBU press service reported an attack on the Russian military purposes in the Black Sea, which took place "days": the exact date is not specified. The video that illustrated the attack information showed the work of two types of drones. The first seconds are removed from the point of view of the air drone. The device tends to the platform, aims at the equipment attached to the pipes, and is cut into the target. The following footage is a record of a sealess drone.
Viewers see him approaching the tower, loops between the supports and beats in the right place in a moment. The last seconds of the video is the moment of a bright explosion that is fixed by another sea drone from a distance of hundreds of meters. It is not noticeable during the recording that some Russian means of the defeat interfere with the work of drones of the SBU.
The operation was conducted by fighters 13 of the Main Directorate of the Department of Marine Counterintelligence, the message is reported. "Within one special operation, the SBU experts used two types of drones that demonstrated the efficiency of steam work," the press service of the department emphasized. The SBU statement stated that the air drones undermined the RLS "Neva" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which followed the airspace over Ukraine and the situation in the sea.
The drones were successfully destroyed by the warehouses and the residential unit. The department reminded the Russians that their "junk" had no place in the Black Sea. The department did not specify on which platforms they conducted a special operation. "Boyko's towers" are located 60-150 km from the territory controlled by Ukraine.
It should be noted that Ukrainian drones have already conducted a combined attack from the air and from the sea on the military purposes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea. One of these attacks took place on July 18, 2024, the SBU press service reported. The drones hit the coast guard on Lake Donuzlav on the western bank of the occupied Crimea.
The operation was conducted jointly by the Navy of the Armed Forces and the SBU: undermined the headquarters, ammunition composition, substation, port structures. Two days later, on July 20, satellite photos of the fortifications of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on Donuzlav appeared. In the photo published by the Media "Radio Liberty", there are noticeable traces of fire around military structures.
