The occupiers in the Donbass "adjust their plans" in accordance with the order of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about entering the administrative border of Donetsk region until September 15. This was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Office of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Alexei Gromov during a briefing on Thursday, September 1.

He said that the occupiers continue to keep the seized areas in Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, and also try to create conditions to restore the offensive. According to a representative of the General Staff, in the east, the terrorist country regroups troops from the Central Military District from Lugansk-Donetsk to Kurakhivskyi direction for troops. The invaders were additionally transferred to one battalion-tactical group in the Slavic and Mykolaiv directions and tightened two BTG from the Belgorod region to the Orikhiv direction.

Also, the Russians continue to regroup the 3rd Army Corps in the captured territories, probably to increase troops and restore the offensive in the Donetsk operating area. On August 30, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that the Russian aggressor did not seize the entire Donetsk region by the end of August, as required in the Kremlin.
