Following the example of Ilona Mask: The Armed Forces fighters are afraid that China will turn off the drones remotely on the battlefield

If this happens, many FPV-kirds of Chinese production or from the PRC components will become useless. Ukrainians are concerned that China can remotely restrict them to access to homemade drones or DJI drones, turning them into unnecessary devices. Kyiv Independent writes about it in his major review material dedicated to FPV-Drome on the front. The article states that in the last few months the Armed Forces expand the use of improvised tactical drones carrying explosives or reconnaissance.

One example of the publication is the Adam's tactical group, which independently collects homemade FPV drones (with a first person). These drones contain Chinese components and electronics. Of course, the unit also uses the popular Chinese civilian drones of DJI, which is reworked under the discharge of ammunition.

Vitaliy, a drone technician, told the publication that he was concerned about China's capabilities removed the drones of Chinese production remotely, because the main electronics, "brains", produced in this country. To manage the copter from DJI, the pilot must log in to his account to configure the drone to bypass the height and range restrictions. Vitaliy believes that China can turn such UAVs "nothing more than a coffee stand" at any time, blocking Ukrainian accounts.

"The obvious next step is to do the same as Musk, and limit the operations depending on the location," said Vitaliy. "Then all this equipment on which all our intelligence architecture is built will turn into no more than a coffee stand. " As for the number of drones used by both parties, according to Vitaliy, in this aspect in Ukraine and Russia parity. But, potentially Ukraine is necessarily bruised by the occupiers by the number of drones, he believes.
